  • No James Jamerson?! Uh oh.

  • There is something I don't understand. There is a guy totally missing form EVERY 'Best bassists' video I've seen. It's quite strange, because he should be top 1 everywhere. He is the greatest bass player in the world. He is called Tom Jenkinson, also known as Squarepusher. There isn't any other bassist as good as him. It's not my opinion, it's a fact. Check out his tracks called 'E8 Boogie', or 'The Swifty', or just a video where he plays solo bass, and I'm sure you will agree.

  • Dont get me wrong these bass players were just absolutely incredible but the list itself didnt mane any since like i kinda figured that number one would have been the best and i saw bass players better than les claypool oh well these men are still amazing.

  • This isn't a bad list per se. Many of the legends are accounted for. Except, how the hell do you not have James Jamerson?!?

  • @IliketrainsX365 NOO STEEEVEEE FTW

  • @xBurnGaming John Entwistle should actually be

  • LOL comments on this type of video are so hilarious to read. Just "WHERE IS SOME GUY?!" on every comment rofl.

Anyways I don't really care what the list is as long as Les Claypool is #1. He is always #1.

  • How can you exclude Carol Kaye?

  • WTF STEVE HARRIS SHOULD BE NO1

  • James Jamerson is the daddy of all modern bass playing without him you'd be stuck on your root notes and he's not on this list, brilliant....
