@Kreatorix As to why innocents get killed in war – this is simple. 16” shells fired from guns miles and miles away are very inaccurate as you say. When they explode they can destroy many buildings, not just the intended target. Battles that are waged in cities always result in ‘collateral damage’. When a Commander in Chief knows the indiscriminate nature of 16” shells, when he gives the order to fire, he knows he is killing innocents as well as combatants. This is a war crime.
