hey do you have a any print outs or anything on how i can power just the spinner drive out of an old cd rom...ya know just the little engine that spins up the cd...i cant find any info on the power needed to do this. any help would be appreciated.

Yup, the gears and motor came right out of an old CD Rom that way laying around. This unit was just a prototype. The design has since been shrunken down and now powers a small blast door that opens to reveal an LCD screen in the front of my pc tower.
