Toyota Land Cruiser LJ70 cold start. VM 5 cylinders 2.5TD swap. It's on 3rd engine now after splitting heads on 2L-T and 3L Toyota piece of s*it 4 bangers.

Not really appreciating our efforts to start it up because of blown diaphragm on fuel pump. It was around -5C.

  • Great start, bud :-)

  • @Dauntless244 some peopel like to promote misinformed myths about those engines. With proper maintenance they are very reliable as you say.

  • I have lj70 with 2lt-e, it has no problem with cold start about -35 C. It is not joke. 2lt-e much better for cold start!:)

  • Weird that you have problems with the L series engines. They are usually very durable and reliable

  • I have a Chrysler Voyager with the same engine. It starts just like yours and below -5c it doesnt start at all.

And the turbo wakes after 5-10 sec with full throttle :)

  • she doesnt sound too healthy lol

  • Zyclon B auhauhauahuahauahuahauhauahauhauhaua Great Videooooooooooo
