In this time-lapse video provided by the not-for-profit institution, the auditorium makeover is captured in just under a minute. After nearly 70 years as a cultural destination, the venue now boasts a lighted and heated street-level marquee, a reconfigured box-office lobby outfitted with a new ticket window, a video display wall, plush new seating with expanded legroom and improved sightlines. Performers encounter a modern sprung stage floor, renovated dressing rooms, new lighting and updated backstage amenities.
