How much charcoal did you use to cook the lamb? Did you keep adding it during the two hours? Thanks(:

@chevos81 I am guessing 17 pieces of charcoal. And I added maybe 6 to 7 pieces of charcoal once midway through the cooking process.

another tip dave is to throw some roasmary sprigs on the coals half way through,oh and use fresh garlig you lazy bugger!! hehe
