  • How much charcoal did you use to cook the lamb? Did you keep adding it during the two hours? Thanks(:

  • @chevos81 I am guessing 17 pieces of charcoal. And I added maybe 6 to 7 pieces of charcoal once midway through the cooking process.

  • another tip dave is to throw some roasmary sprigs on the coals half way through,oh and use fresh garlig you lazy bugger!! hehe
