first backflip

First day at trying backflips, first was at baruch where we set up 3 layers in a big space, and had spotters and helpers, crashed, almost came down on my neck, then starting gettin them, then started to use less layers of mats and got down to just one layer, where i chickend out in the air and landed on my back suicide style, got up did it again made it.
came back to staten island and was just syked, and wanted to get one on film, dunno how this one looks compared to my others, but jeez we were only able to use 2 mats, so i doubled layered it, scary as theres limited room where u can fall :( my lower abs began to ache.

if i had a 300 pound man, with the calmest most sound mind... he'd nail a backflip first go without knowing the technique at all.
