Meh, there have been custody hearings over dogs...I wouldn't be surprized if someone sued somone else over liking or disliking a metal band, 'Sides, we have different definitions of heavy. Most heavy music by your definition would probably drive me nuts. After a certain degree it's like the drummer is on meth and doing whatever his tweakish urges allow.
