When I first met Mr. Friedlander in a gallery in NYC, he suggested that I jump off the Brooklyn Bridge before he would autograph my copy of his book. We negotiated and finally he agreed to the 59th Street bridge instead. I spent the entire summer learning how to swim in order to be able to complete the jump and not drown.
A lot of people don't know that Friedlander always makes you jump off something high before he'll speak to you. Getting the word out about this odd quirk will
allow people to purchase a helmet and knee pads in time for his next book signing. Thank you Superlumina.
