You inspire me. I've been really wanting to start jogging/running. However, i'm nervous that people will stare at me/judge me. But i want to get in shape. Were you always carefree about exercising in public, or did it take some getting used to?

@nit1221 OMG!!! I used to be the most shy person in the world! I came out of my shell slowly, in phases, and now nothing scares me that much. I find that if I'm trying to do good that I cannot feel embarrassed. I also know that I cannot please everyone, but I can please myself and I always have friends and family who support me.You deserve to be healthy and you have to start somewhere. The trip there may have ups and downs, but the end results are so worth it. Try it and see what happens!

@sweetpea5899 Worth every penny. It's the only exercise equipment I have ever bought. What's the point in spending $50 on a rubbish one that ends up in the back of the garage? I had a Rebok rebounder first, but luckily my son destroyed it by jumping on it too hard. It was hard and very noisy so I treated myself to this Porsche of minitrapoline. It is totally quiet and soooooo soft that it doesn't feel like exercise but is such a lot of fun.

what kind of rebounder do you use? I bought one at wal-mart after going to a class at the Y that I really liked and was helping me to lose weight - but after watching all the videos on here comparing the rebounders.. wonder if there really is a huge difference? I can't believe someone would actually pay over $500 for a tiny trampoline..
