@napalmfuzz from what I am told it's 36%. Maybe I have been mis-informed. But you seem to think it's gotta come from the rich OR the poor.. but this country was BUILT without an income tax. Surely it can be "sustained" without one. The only reason income tax EXISTS is so the govt can wage these stupid wars and build bases all over the world, and spend more cash on the military than the rest of the world combined.. If they had a regular army, ther'd be ZERO incometax. a flat 10% sales tax is LOTS

@Toroa28 No, I don't think so. It's the shitty tax system that made this country shit.. "america" has to be competative. A graduated income tax only encourages less income. And corporate income tax hikes only encourages corporations to be based in other countries. If there was just a simple 10% sales tax to all entities, human or corporation, it would make more money, have ZERO loop holes/deductions, and actually make more money for the govt. Think about it.
