1) Purchase a water distiller and a glass collection jug. Make sure it's a glass collection jug, not plastic as the hot water causes the plastic to release toxins. Drink that pure water.
2) Eat healthy foods, organic if possible and wash all your fruits and vegetables. Stop eating take away. If you still crave fatty foods make your own burgers, lots of good recipes on how to make home made big macs etc.
3) Go for a 10 minute walk every day.
4) Get off the meds.
5) Multivitamin tablets daily.

I felt the need to comment on this simply to let you know that there is someone out there who understands what you're saying. Specifically in regards to how the loss of your dad make you feel. Mine hasn't been around in quite some time now and it still effects my day to day life. I cant hold a relationship cause I can't trust men now. All in all, I suffer from depression as well and I just wanted to let you know you're not alone <3

Hi Deb, I hate to see you so low, hun!! If you ever want a chat I will send you my mobile number if you like! This time of year doesn't exactly help with the old mood, does it! Post Xmas overspend/ overeat, new year resolution stuff!! You need to allow yourself to grieve and get it out! It takes as long as it takes, there is no time limit on it, but you need to do it!! You take care! Hugs, Jo :) x
