Here is our current collection of imported glazed or shinny caiman belly skins in which we contract the leading tannery in South America who is also contracted by Nancy Gonzales to tan her caiman skins.
These are our USA stocked caiman belly glazed skins from 35-39cm at the widest section. Glazing the skins give a very shinny appearance. Our tannery partners use agate stones in their tanning jacks that permanently and evenly set the glaze on our deep and rich color selection. The size of each skin ranges from 14-15.5 inches in width by 38-44 inches in length. You will notice a CITES tag at the tail of each skin, which proves that we have followed all regulations to import and wholesale these beautiful skins to designers, manufactures, and wholesalers, as well as those just getting started in the industry.
Popular uses for genuine caiman crocodile belly skins are handbags, jewelry, furniture, wall covering, boots/shoes, small leather goods, upholstery, car and motorcycles upholstery, and just about any surface area were traditional leathers are used.
Belly is referred to the cut during harvest time, therefore making the insertion along the top of each skin and exposing the smooth tile pattern of each skin.
While we mostly cater to American clients we do and have experience exporting to several international countries. We also assist our clients with all the paperwork needed for a smooth re-export of finished products produced locally or overseas.
To ensure the biodiversity and health of caiman skins as our precious resource, we at Rojé (pronounced "row-shay") procure our raw skins from certified farmers and harvesters adhering to strictly manged quota systems and follow all international CITES and local US Fish and Wildlife laws and regulations.
Hey Buddy here are some facts for you. From Peta Kills Animals Website:
Public Records: PETA Found Adoptive Homes for Just 1 out of 300 Animals
Animal lovers worldwide now have access to more than a decade’s worth of proof that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) kills thousands of defenseless pets at its Norfolk, Virginia headquarters. Since 1998, PETA has opted to “put down” 23,640 adoptable dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens instead of finding homes for them.

Just shows you overall level of ignorance and any lack of understanding of our industry.. Sounds like PETA and other groups have done a great job of brainwashing you.. funny that you mention my mother, sure your mother would be proud of your ignorance and exceptional language skills, she did a great job of raising you!
