  • Just for your information. Deep Sounds is the working name of two British writers - Logan Wilson and Harvey Summers. This song was indeed written for a library album called Late Night Vocals, published by West One. The amazing vocalist is John Ballard from Hastings, East Sussex. Also sings for a band called Night Shift. He features again on the album on a track that I think got called 'Bourbon'.

  • @Logan2042 good to know! they deserve the credit!

  • cant seem to find sheet music for this anywhere.wish i could

  • @zittlehitz -- if you just want the chords i could probably pick them out for you. if you want a legitimate transcription ... can't imagine you'd be able to find it anywhere. :/

  • @zittlehitz -- chords are just a i-iv-V in Am basically.

Am forever. then Dm. then Am. then E7. back to Am. play the alternating root, down a fifth bass notes as is typically found in country.

  • If you're looking for the singer John Ballard, try searching under the tag 'Nightshift' - one of his many bands - there's some stuff on Youtube and lots of general info.

  • @Logan2042 John Ballard from Hastings??? Where I can find this vocal? On youtube there is none with that name and same voice. Thank you in advance for help.

  • haha the only people they arrest in the first 48 are black people, the you ask why people are rascists

  • This is a great song. It's like a mix of Iggy Pop & Tom Waits.

It's a pity there isn't a full album by this band. I would defiantly like to here more songs by in this style.

  • @332redneck So he doesn't like the song, get over it. Taste is completely subjective.

  • @obamaforprez2008 Well, we can all see how broad your music range is. Only rap eh? We can also deduct your cultural level from the way you write ("prez", "represent" and all that gangsta crap). I'll answer to your "old saying" with a comment on the future: the first brain transplant will take place and you'll be the recipient. I can even hear your gangsta jewellery rattling, my little idiotic boy!!!

  • Someone FINALLY found out who sings this song!!!! It's about time... Thanks!!!

  • Sounds like Leonard Cohen a little

  • @obamaforprez2008 Can't spell crap without rap. :D

  • @obamaforprez2008 YOU WOULDNT KNOW GOOD MUSIC IF IT HIT YOU IN THE FACE WITH A BRICK......PISS OFF
