Why is it so hard for them to understand what Bill is saying...he's not saying that Nascar should be banned, he's saying that all risky behaviors/activities should be should be looked at on even ground when influencing laws and policies. He's basically stating that if Nascar have the right to risk their lives every time they get on a track then why can't somebody smoke a joint which isn't life threatening at all.
