  • Thank you for posting this, CBS.

  • If you look closey, John Kerry is sitting next to the justices, but I wonder why Harry Reid isn't seen. He is the Senate Majority Leader!

  • The idea originally was that we would get great people on the court but recent years have disproven that. So yes we should get rid of them if they prove incompetent.

  • Jan, unlike the Supreme Court, legislators have to stand for election. That is why the Court can get away with handing down such a stupid decision, as if American politics were not already corrupt enough.

  • Hmmm well even justices are not above the law and must expect some criticism, they are impartial to the executive and legislative branches but they should be accountable in some manner.

  • Good for Chief Justice Roberts for standing up to Thug In Chief, Obama, and his Congressional mob. As for some of the civic morons posting here, I'm sorry you flunk out of high school or fail to understand the Constitution. Start with reading it, if you can get past the "big words."

  • Especially Ginsberg.....

  • The voters should be allowed to remove a Supreme Court Justice during election day!

  • Agreed!

  • It really should.
