Thanks... they are the greatest... I also am a fan of the dance company "Complexions". Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson (former principal dancer with Ailey) are the Artistic Directors... Check them out too.

I have a dvd of the Alvin Ailey Danceers but I want to see them live. I know that would be an amazing treat. Do dancers go on a strict diet to get toned arms like that because I know exercise is the main thing but I've noticed on my dvd how toned the dancers were?

Yes, I would have to agree with DigitalDezinesCEo, dance class, rehearsal and maintaining a diet, personal drive for self improvement and sheer passion helps dancers stay fit, strong and beautifully skilled artist.

Thanks for the tips! I don't know if I could do the yoga and pilates it look like it hurts. I would always leave class crying :)
