If it will, how well can it play Space Station Silicon Valley? I know that there's a version for the PS1, but I'm somewhat strapped for space on my (512 MB) memory stick, so it would be nice if I didn't have to delete anything.

You can try the version R13, i heard this games runs at about 60% of it's speed, and without too much bug/glitch.
You can also try the R12 version.
Avoid the R14, many problems for running game other than mario 64
