I really have no opinion of Castro but am interested in Cuban exile history... What is the name of this speech? When was it delivered? Judging by castro's appearance I'm thinking he was addressing the first wave of émigrés wishing to leave Cuba...any help much appreciated!

@Irongloves53 people try to escape to the USA from mexico and all around the world... and most of that shit is lies. I have been to Cuba and spoken to their people and it is nothing like you are told in the media. The people are happy, some of the happiest people I have ever met to be honest, and thats all that matters. You actually can leave Cuba legally...
