if i was on the ground there is no way the cops would have been able to restrain me and draw blood from me

What wrong with these cops ?? YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO TAKE MY BLOOD !

It is very important to "lose" your DL and get a new signing it "Without prejudice by: John Doe" Make your signature small and a squiggle. Then tell the court your were traveling and not "Driving" These are two different things. You would have easier grounds for a big Damages lawsuit if this was done to you. Important for everyone watching this to do the research of right to travel. We all owe this to our fellow brothers and sisters. Peace.

This is disgusting!!!!! Your government should not be allowed to stick you with a needle in order to gain evidence against you. Cruel and unusual punishment. It is highly unusual for the police to stick people with a needle. All individuals involved in assaulting the individual in this video should be terminated!!

All officers involved should loose their job !!

If you don't like the way things are going in this country, VOTE THE BUMS OUT OF OFFICE, it only took 17% of the population to declare independence from Great Britain in 1776!!!!! Organize your community and EFFIN" VOTE!!!!!!

No person should be forced to give up evidence against themselves. Period. Its a constitutional issue. Where the heck are the judges in all of these instances. These laws should have been kicked the day the first case came to trial. Where is the aclu? Everyone is against drunk driving and prosecution of such violations, but at what cost? If I was a police officer being made by my supervisors to do this I would refuse. The oath of office promises to uphold the constitution.

@katfish32 It already went to the supreme court in 1966. They said forced blood draws are perfectly legal. See Schmerber v. California.

The man was courteous and friendly and the police had no reason to suspect that he would be violent towards them. They should have just taken him a way to a holding cell and used the refusal against him in court as evidence of guilt. I hope he sues the city of Pasadena because they he has a civil rights violation case on his hands.

That man’s blood is his PERSONAL PRIVATE PROPERTY! You don’t have the right to take it. The cops committed first degree criminal penetration gang rape with a foreign object lacking sex against this man.
@wdcsucks1 The Fascism has been here for a long time we are in fact a fascist nation. It's a case of the Emperor has no clothes because we have been raised and conditioned that we are free and don't want to believe the obvious staring us in the face.
The Nazi's used to say "Paper's Please?"
Cops in the US say "License and Registration?"
Income Tax? If you don't own your own labor, that's a form of slavery. The US has been screwed since long before any of us were born.

@robertoray1277 The problem is the warrant probably wasn't signed by a magistrate. I've heard cops say they just get it off a stack that are already stamped. The whole system is fucked up and these PIGS don't help us with there power trips. "Serve and Protect"... MY ASS. Fuck these cops and all that are like them. Hold your oath to the constitution as you swore you would you fucks. It's all about revenue, power trips and intimidation with the system. FUCK THESE COPS
