I almost got this, but I went with the Police G10 instead.

@Taz0161 I tried different power wheels with buffing compound that worked amazing on my guns, but NOT 8Cr13MoV hmmm, any tips for me? you can message me if youd like.

You should do a video on that polishing process. That would be sick.

@gcboyallday This was done with a series of power wheels and buffing compounds. There are several steps before you can get a total mirror finish like this.

Yup, gave me a little cut on the side of my midddle finger trying a one-handed close. Probably best for me to stay with a two-handed one.

@SerpentLord666 I think every one of 3 people I've known to possess this knife has done that. That's a real design flaw

Dang this blade looks good!
I see the laser ingraved Spyderco logo is gone though... :I
Ah well, that's the price of the beautiful mirror finish.
What's your opinion about the blade's rust resistence?
With its factory finish 8Cr13MoV is kinda prone to develop rust spots on all brands (Kershaw, Spyderco etc. ) . I suppose it's more resilient now, isn't it?

@atokombeled Yes polishing the blade makes it repel moisture. Watch my utilitac video I give a demo on the subject
