  • Abortion is a moral wrong. Homosexual marriage is a moral wrong. But, Constitutional-wise, both have the freedoms to be practiced. This is the only argument that is incorrect in the church.

  • @DanielHeartland

Sorry for just getting back to you.

I understand exactly what you are saying. I also as a homosexual do not believe in gay marriage. I do believe two partners should have the same right as a husband and wife do as far a being in the hospital who has the right to see the patient. Upon death who has the right to the belongings, etc.

Jesus says in the New Testament Love God with all your heart and second Love your neighbor as you would love yourself.

  • Man and woman are put together because of what the bible says, not because of sex. Paul himself, who never found a lover, refuted the practices of homosexuality, including it as a sexual sin. Either way,

Church doctrine has nothing to do with the bible. I used to go to a church where women had to wear veils on their heads as a form of submission to God.

There is plenty of self righteousness within the church but its foundational message is from the bible.

everyone else in the Bible has said the homosexual is sinful. When Jesus came into the world He came into it to Save it and not to Condem it. He died on the cross for our sins. God said I knew you when you was in the womb. God knew what our life was going to be. I am sorry I do believe we are born either ways it is not a choice I can say it in my experience. Today I know when I was real young I had the atrractions for male.

Your old now and set in your ways and theres no way a 20 yr old will change your mind. Just remember the story of the young wealthy man who told Jesus that he would do anything and follow him anywhere. Christ told him to sell his possessions and follow him, which he did not do. Sometimes, the greatest achievements in our lives is where we let go of what we were so certain of inside. Love is sacrifice and always giving and God wanted more than time or money. Devotion.

God knew us in the womb, He knew our future struggles in a world and place that some of us were never meant to be born in. Some would have to fight through curses set on by their parents or a previous generation; alcoholism, pornography and so many other let downs. Some would be betrayed by all they loved and have to decide whether they would take their lives or push on. He knows all of our stories, every challenge, every temptation we would face.

  • In the Old Testament, the Bible calls for a woman to have her hand cut off if she grabs her husband's attacker by the groin. (Dueteronomy 25:11-12). In the New Testament, it states women are commanded by God NOT to speak in church. (1 Cor.14:34-37). This is largely ignored by churches now for obvious reasons. They're two of MANY reasons Christians hold different views from reading the SAME Bible.
