This will definitely notify others of the difficulties in using beeswax. This information will save someone else the headache. Great video.

That video would be great, thank you. I guess if I made the soap in a crock pot I would not have that problem. I really need to get one.

I feel your pain, Beeswax is very hard to work with because the melting point is so much higher than any other wax, butter or hard oil. I try to stay away from it as well. I probably will post a video explaining how I would incorporate beeswax into a soap if I needed too, just in case you want to try it again! ;) By the way... That body balm looks fantastic... You go girl!! =D

I haven't worked with beeswax in soap though I am addicted to making body balm,lip balm and hair butter with the beeswax..I've always heard that beeswax is hard to work with so I avoid it as much as possible..though ive been curious about it's use in soap since some say that if you add too much it'll make for a waxy feeling bar and it'll reduce bubbles :(
Love you balm containers..you poured them soooo neatly nice job!!

@wahinepaddler4 Thank you for the compliment, but if you decide to try the beeswax in soap you have to work really fast. Its not impossible, but for me it was a headache.

You will have better luck with hot process beeswax. You will be able to do it. Yay good job on your body balm!

@Seedcovers
I never tried hot process soap before. I believe you can use the soap right away with this method. If I do try it I will let you know. Thanks for the advice.
