OK, I'm rather worried about this one because I'm not 100% sure I'm pronouncing it correctly. The wording at the top of the screen is correct thugh so no excuses when e-mailing somebody from Breizh (or anything that involves writing).
Keep the feedback coming - it's really good to know I'm not the only one intereted in preserving the futures of the Celtic Languages. Thank you, also, for watching. Diolch yn fawr a TRUGAREZ!

  • Yayyy, a Welshman :)

I'm from the South, in uni at Coventry doing French, Spanish and Italian. I'm 2nd language Welsh and want to learn Breton. Where can I learn it?!

  • @SianySauras1

There are loads of websits and books available. Kentelioù Brezhoneg Diazez by RHisiart Hincks is a great book to start with if you siarad Cymraeg :)

  • He made it pretty clear that he's not trying teach Breton, especially as he repeatedly expressed a lack of certainty regarding the pronunciation.

Oh, and congratulations on bringing in some insult involving the English. That was extremely original, witty and broad-minded. Well-done. You're clearly not attuned to the accents of the British Isles if you think he sounds English. Cymro ydy fe, heb os nac onibai.

Besides, everyone's allowed to show an interest in Celtic languages.

  • Penaos emañ ar bed ganeoc'h ?

  • We have a word in the English language, that we got from the Brezhoneg (Breton) language, which is chowder. So on May 19th, Saint Ivo's Day, have a bowl of clam chowder, to celebrate the great heritage of the Brezhoneg people. We celebrate the heritage of the Irish, with Saint Patrick's Day, so why not the Breton!

  • Dispar ! Komz a ran un tamm bihan brezhoneg ivez.
