Silent Sounds Inc. created the system. It is simply using the frequency to encourage you to think or feel a certain way. Its already been patented. They admit it exists, but the government has classified its true purpose. Silent Sounds Inc. claims that is to be used to place positive emotions into the brain without side effects.
