Scary Halloween Song - People Are Strange

Whilst sleeping last night, I was woken by the sound of cackling and the tinkling of guitar strings. Stumbling down the stairs in fright I encountered a corpse mariner who sereneded me back to sleep. Although pleasant in manner he stank of seaweed and had breath that you could butter sandwiches with.
