Good video. Can you please help me to understand something? At 4:53, you say that "the abuser does not like anything".....and then you explain the difference between how they might respond to a neighbor (someone not personal to them) versus their response to a spouse. In the context of your point, what is it that the abuser does not like? Can you please help me to understand?

Your so right! Sometimes I wish he would just beat me because then people and he would SEE the damage... Its been 15 years and the only reason I havnt taken a knife to myself is because I have children... HE WONT LEAVE ME ALONE, IVE TRIED TO LEAVE BUT HE ALWAYS COMES BACK...i hate him

Thank you soooo much for this video and the roelpay u had, It helped me understand that I am just out of a very verbally abusive relationship. I just felt terrible being in it, and thought that I was responsible. but now I understand that I was abused. Thank you soo much for thhis...I got a lot of clarity and I am glead I am out of it.
