@C2ARNY85 dude you couldnt have said it any better,we have mad scientist reeking havoc on earth,its getting out of control,so what happens 30 years from now when the ionospheric layer looks like swiss cheese and everyone is burning up,skin cancer is up 1000% and "ohh geesh maybe we did cause mass global warming" there may come a point of irreversible damage,...we need to sign a world treaty no country on earth can f*ck with projects like HAARP..then eveyone is on equal footing
