  • FOREVER YOUNG RIP SID AND NANCY

  • @Sacriphyx Indeed he did. What does that tell you about the utterly over-exaggerated"Sid&Nancy are Romeo&Juliet" mythology? It's a crock of bull. That's what it is.He'd never do that if he loved someone as much as this myth claims, especially after her DEATH.He was highly saddened&disturbed by it&I am sure he missed her,but he was not insanely in love,as everyone has been brainwashed to believe. This wasn't a rebound breakup hookup. She was dead.LOVE&IN LOVE are 2 entirely different things, kids.

  • I've read the book by Nancy's mother Deborah and there's not a doubt in my mind that Nancy suffered from severe mental illness most of her life that was either misdiagnosed or mistreated by doctors with fewer options and less understanding. What sucks is that dope was probably the only thing that gave her happiness while she was alive.

  • Got what he deserved should've stayed off the drugs he knew the risks and it got him in the end.

  • SO SAD:( THE BAND LEFT SID GOT BOOED OFF STAGE AND NOW HES DEAD MAKES ME CRY I WOULDVE HUGGED HIS DEAD BODY AND SAY HOW MUCH I MISS HIM HES IN HEAVEN NOW WITH NANCEY

R.I.P. SID VICIOUS YOU WERE THE GREATEST PUNK

  • i put thumbs down not because i dnt love sid is just b/c i hate that he had to die :'(

  • That Nancy wasn't wanted is just not true. She was very much loved by her family, but she had put them through hell all throughout her upbringing. Some of it terrifying behavior from a very young age. Her mother wrote a book titled: And I Don't Want to Live This Life: A Mother's Story of Her Daughter's Murder by Deborah Spungen.

  • I remember in 1978, I was fourteen then, seeing the famous picture of Sid and Nancy posing by a huge Never Mind the Bollocks poster. I was outraged and angry. Those two contributed nothing to the pistols, I looked at them with hatred and contempt. I now realise that they were basically two children who both died alone and unwanted.Very sad.

  • drugs cook yer brain ,

  • man, sid was a cool guy. he wasnt mean or anything. id so try to save him if i could go back in the past

  • I dont think Sid & Nancy should be not classified as Romeo and Juliet of Punk Rock, i mean they were not completely oposites, they were more like Bonnie & Clyde , like : like attracts like, i mean it was meant to be

    R.I.P Sid & Nancy
