@scorthas protein every 3 hours, you want to eat at least as much of gram per pound of your body weight, my diet: no salt, no white bread only whole wheat, nothing with a lot of fat in it from calories like under 20, no sweets, I eat one cheat meal a week to eat whatever.

@scorthas4 or 5 days of my own workout, high reps/lower weight for cutting and max reps of 6 and under/heavy weight for gaining mass and increasing my food intake, but the whole time I go heavy and push it reguardless of the rep range until it's not possible to push out another rep
