Hi dcamaggots can you help me, I need to find the trespass letter you mention at 1:12, I can't find it on consumeractiongroup, and am having problems with PPCs trying to charge me when I wasn't the driver of the vehicle that overstayed the limit at the time. I can't hear what you said, court of trespass or taught, maybe it's just me, but is it possible you could link me to said letter so I can hand it to these callers? Thanks

@cannotfindavoice - And the financial/tax system is heavily weighted against you. It's designed to drain you from every possible channel, to force you to keep working for your basic, fundamental human rights like housing, food and education etc. Without this, the system of covert, unbalanced slavery wouldn't survive.
This is the beginning of the end for the corporate rulers.

@OnVentUK I would very much like to have a silver spoon in my mouth, but facts are I have a young family & I have been medically retired after getting a very rare condition. But because I have a VERY SMALL medical retirement pension & can not get any benefits at all. My family are on at least £350 a month less than someone on benefits but have to pay for everything, so I know very well what its like to struggle. also does anyone know what devils advocate is ?

@cannotfindavoice such a deluded point of view. In 2003, my son was 3 months old, electricity costs throughout winter and extortionate council taxes got me into debt because I chose to spend my wages (full time work) on baby food, sterilising equipment and other things like a pram, nappies, clothing. Get the silver spoon out of your mouth and live a proper life.

Intersting part of Bills of Exchange act1882..37
Negotiation of bill to party already liable thereon.Where a bill is negotiated back to the drawer, or to a prior indorser or to the acceptor, such party may, subject to the provisions of this Act, re-issue and further negotiate the bill, but he is not entitled to enforce payment of the bill against any intervening party to whom he was previously liable.
I know debt collectors do nasty things & so do some bailiff's, but being devils advocate here I have to say this. People should not get themselves into these situations in the first place, for debt, you have to live or try to live within your own financial positions. Now bailiffs these can be because of debts & or fines, again they should not get themselves into these situations. They should pay there fine's as soon as they get them, this is truth & fact borrow nothing & live within the law.

@cannotfindavoice
Sometimes, financial difficulty is just unavoidable or unforeseen.
Besides, if threats of legal action are being made against you, then there's nothing wrong with using that law to come back at them with.
Especially if those threats turn out to be groundless, which they often are.

Gawd I laughed re your comments on the bailiffs! I have had some great experiences of my own with bailiffs from non-paid parking tickets. They tried to take my lease car away for a £30 parking ticket which wasn't paid. I told them to bugger off and took my car away. They haven't been back.
Re door step debt collectors - you just send them a letter as soon as they threaten this - telling them they have no legal right to do so as you withdraw your common law right to do enter your property.

@MoneybuddyUK
Amazing how quickly they'll back away when they begin to realise the frighteners aren't working.
