Could this movie be the possible inspiration for The Terminator. I mean Yule Brynner kinda looks like the T1000 (without hair).

Yes, it might be ; I read a similar story a few years
ago saying that Arnold Schwarzenegger confirmed the role of Yul Brynner as inspiration for
the robot in Terminator .

Lolwut? Why's the trailer just a chronological shortening of the ENTIRE movie? It spoils all the good parts, haha.

Most fun I've had watching a futurist film in YEARS! Hilarious at it's cheesiest, thought provoking at it's chilling--est.

I was about 10 when I saw it for the first time on tv; even after more than 35 years, one of the best sci-fi movies ever. yul brynner almost lost an eye during the filming, because of his metal and dangerous contact lenses.

I felt the clip of the man being stabbed for a split second at the end was somehow out of place.
It was almost like a subliminal message
