Oh my god. The stimulus was made up of billions in tax cuts, which is WIDELY known to have less of a multiplier effect, especially when the economy is deleveraging.
Hayekianism sounds like corporatism to me, especially if it's Romney's chosen economic theory, not to be confused with Austrian economics, something espoused by Ron Paul. A lot of people claim to be capitalists and Austrian economists, but in fact they're just Keynesian light.
This guy is really good. It's too bad that every news market doesn't have someone to do stories like this where the viewer actually learn something. I think Ron Paul would have made for a better soundbite for the Hayek side of the argument.
