Il radar Doppler è un particolare tipo di radar che si basa sull'effetto di slittamento in frequenza, detto, appunto, effetto Doppler. L'effetto Doppler è l'apparente variazione di frequenza delle onde emesse da una sorgente in moto rispetto a un osservatore: la frequenza aumenta, se sorgente ed osservatore si avvicinano, mentre diminuisce in caso di allontanamento. Il fenomeno fu scoperto dal fisico e matematico C. Doppler (1803-1853) per le onde sonore, ma si verifica anche per quelle elettromagnetiche. L'effetto Doppler ha molte applicazioni nella tecnica (radar), in medicina (ecografia), in astronomia. Esso permette al radar di distinguere bersagli in movimento anche in presenza di oggetti fissi.

L'obiettivo del C.D.D.P., che ha realizzato il video, è quello di fornire la documentazione inoppugnabile circa le attività chimico-biologiche (chemtrails), attraverso immagini digitali e di radar meteorologici i cui i dati sull'atmosfera superiore indicano che le condizioni meteorologiche presenti alla quota degli aerei chimici NON sono idonee per la formazione di scie persistenti in base ai parametri fisici. Dunque le nuvole filiformi di bassa quota, create dai velivoli clandestini, non sono cirri, a differenza di quanto affermano i meteorologi di regime, ma scie tossiche. I cirri veri, infatti, che si trovano a quote molto più alte, non possono essere rilevati dai radar meteorologici Doppler.

This video contains a collection of screen captures depicting chemtrail spray operations showing up on National Weather Service Doppler Radar over various cities in the Western U.S. The video describes in detail why the linear cloud formations are not persistent contrails resulting from jet engine exhaust since cirri type clouds can not be detected by Doppler weather radar.

@tankerenemy Ho visto. Anche a me è capitato spesso questo giochetto. Le modifiche che sceglievo era come se non le avessi scelte. Solo al terzo tentativo le cose sembravano cambiare, ma sempre con una lentezza assurda. Addirittura in un video non mi salvava MAI "Progetto Nuovo Secolo Americano" come tag...o_o'. Questo sito è sempre più una fogna di censura strisciante. Usiamolo finchè possiamo.

Above ten thousand feet the average temperature is zero and there has been a remarkable increase in atmospheric water vapor. Things may be a lot more serious than 'chemicals'. Heating the atmosphere accelerates atmospheric convection, causing higher levels of humidity throughout the atmosphere. Increased humidity accelerates warming. There is no way to know the effects of localized modification. It may result in catastrophe for the modifiers.

Excellent vid --- barium, strontium, lead and other metals are being sprayed on all of life. This is killing the planet. I saw this EVERYDAY in the desert of Sedona. It wasn't like that 10 years ago.
