What's the difference between the method your using(Which I assume it's the 3-Cycle Method) and Stefan Pochmann's method?

freestyle its like doing all the methods together. its commutators A perms U perms anything really its fun and is very fast. i dont used a fixed buffer either i start from everywhere, and if theres any orientation leftover i do it at the end.
