Our engineer friend goes over a grade crossing here in West Chicago while moving an ex CNW SD40-2 donated to the Illinois Railway Museum.

  • ...and that locomotive was repainted and is now used almost every weekend on the coach train.

  • @weeman8777 I learned that they run lots of grain and autoracks on the line.

  • Yeah those little geeps are fun to watch doing that work. There are still trains running on the line by the IRM, there just aren't alot of them.
