"Did you know that the quaint custom of Christmas caroling actually began with drunk and rowdy revelers threatening people door to door looking for food and liquor?" That the legend of Santa Claus described him as a horrible devil named Krampus who beat and kidnapped naughty children. In America during the 17th and 18th Centuries, celebrating Christmas was against the law. (History Channel). Pretty sickening Huh

@ImanZaineb I find it interesting that you profess to being an English teacher and a black American but cannot spell your holiday correctly. Did you know that the founder of Kwanzaa, Maulana Karenga, said that "it is meant to be an alternative to Christmas, that Jesus was psychotic, and that Christianity was a white religion that black people should shun?" Not groaning, simply smiling that anyone can take this seriously.

I have been Black American all my life. First you may want to say that the song should not be "offending", but "offensive". (I am an English teacher.)But come on, he didn't say one bad thing about anyone, Black, white or whatever. The reason we as humans can't progress is that everyone is looking for a problem. Hey, the man actually KNOWS the traditions of Kwanza, which is more than some Black people do! As a convert to Islam, I am tired of hating and separating! Try a smile instead of groaning!
