In September 2009, I was addicted to world of warcraft. I played it 10 hours a day. I'd never go outside or eat health. I would just sit in my chair all day and play this video game. One day I quit after some personal issues and devoted my time into P90X and Working Out. 2 Years Later I've completely transformed by body. I gained 20 pounds of muscle and continue to increase. This is the AB section of classic P90X. You do 18 minutes of ABs 3 times week, after your workouts while doing P90X. Today was day 25. Which is my 4th day in my recovery week. I decided to continue to do AB Ripper X through my recovery week. I recorded using a Webcam. So sorry for delayed lag or extreme close ups. I can't move my webcam very far from the computer. Enjoy!

  • @KrisWiggly you are entitled to your opinion, but i still think the program is great, ya sure you should go to the gym and get a lot more physical fit, but some people dont have the time/money to go to the gym 3-5 times a week. P90x is great for people doing a home workout

  • @Flameb97films (continued) His publicist and entourage wouldn't allow people to work with him who were in better shape than he is. He only allowed a FEW military members (who are fat lazy fucks that deserve to get kicked out and a few of them actually are) to work with him so his program would actually look like it does something. The rest was compiled of civilian families of military members. ie the housewives and a couple of high school kids. his program is shit.

  • @Flameb97films lol thats not weightlifting. I have seen it.  Tony came to my base a few months back. They wanted volunteers to do a session with him. Myself (I'm a PT leader) and a few other guys I know (who are currently training for spec ops) got turned down. Not by our people. By his.

  • @KrisWiggly Obviously you haven't even seen p90x or you would know that YOU do lift wwights, its not all cardio and abs. its weights and abs three times a week, andcardio inbetween

  • Most guys don't have the discipline you do. If your current body is your goal then keep at it. P90x is not going to get you any bigger though... all those guys in his videos... do you think they got that way without lifting weights? Don't kid yourself.

  • man it's always a shame to see people put so much faith into a program like this. why do you think you still look skinny after 2 years? 2 years man!  You should look like a beast right now. I can appreciate your dedication and determination, but 20 lbs of muscle in two years is not a good thing. If you took your dedication to the gym and did real weight training you would be a swimsuit model bro.
