The so-called "secularist" agenda has little to do this discussion. I think a real "secularist" would firmly reject kowtowing to Islam.

I'm a Canadian; I'm also an atheist. And I absolutely hate cultural relativism. Rather than being taught critical thinking in state education (K-12), everyone's taught to "respect" other people's beliefs, even if we know nothing about them. This is also generally a social more. I think people are waking up to pan-Islamism, but it's probably too late.
