as soon as apple makes the new ipod touch with this design it'll kill everything else

EVO 4g, already better, already available.
iPhone 4 will be Apple's hardware for the next year, while HTC, Dell and Motorola have a slew of Android/Win 7 devices that are going to really eat into the Apple pie. And that's just before 2010 is up.

Not bad, but you kinda rushed iMovie for iPhone and Face Time a bit....a 2 minute vid may make a better revision. :)
