(PS2) St. Francis Folly - Atlas Shortcut

Note: I am NOT a speedrunner, so my videos are not perfect. I'm uploading these as a way of showing people the shortcuts and glitches that I have seen online and can prove whether or not they work on the PS2 version of Tomb Raider: Anniversary. They may work on other versions, they may not. I don't know, so please don't ask me about it.

Apologies about the video quality. I don't have a means of recording my console gaming except for taping off of the television with the digital camera.

To perform this shortcut, stand back as far as possible from the Atlas statue (but still be able to shoot the targets). Shoot them both and RUN as quickly as possible to the ledges, scrambling across and up them before the ball comes tumbling by. If you're quick enough, you'll be able to avoid it and consequently avoid having to use the pole over the gap. If not, you may get caught and killed just as you're trying to pull up on the ledge.
