Mod/Fix Flash Zune (4,8,16 GB) Tutorial to open

In this video I open up my flash zune (8GB), and show you the inside while pointing out all the different parts and telling you what they do. Youll need a Tri-gram screwdriver to do this yourself- 35mm. should do fine.

hey, i dropped my zune and now the play/pause button wont work. all other things work, pad, the back button, i have the 8 gig zune. any idea what i should do?

@JesusHong100 try taking apart the backing for the button and putting it back together. If that doesn't work, replace it

Uhh, I think the pad on my Zune is broken. It won't scroll up, and it won't click on anything. Is that replaceable?

@iloverush123 It is very relplaceable, just remove it from the mainboard and change it out. Thanks for the great question!

i tried everything! My zune, which is an 4GB is still frozen. What now? I just bought it a little over a week ago, do i seriously need to replace it already?

hi im from peru, well i dont know too good english so ill do my best... well mi zune(8gb its exactely like that in the video) work well play videos musics and can use it with touch , but theres a problem, i dont know how this can happen but now my zune have a very poor light screem so i cant see nothing if i dont have light from other thing(like sun, lapms, etc) please if u understand me answer my cuestion, ill be very grateful, thanks for read it =)!

I need to replace the connector, my daughter inserted the connector upside down. It the part available? this seems like a common problem since the connector is not clearly marked and kids try to force it in.

My 8gb zune mini just shut down when I disconnected it from the computer without unplugging it. I feel like it just needs to be reset from the inside. Do you know how I'd do this?
