Alright, I didn't understand what the fuck you just said, I'll point out why and YOUR "durp" warnings. "your comment HAVE" "you DOESNT choose" but yes, people actually do choose helmets at times if they know they're probably going to get in a fight at times, and technically it's not a helmet (usually that is) a visor is 2 screws from being on/off, and an example of helmet changing is Brad May for about 2 fights when he was on the wings I noticed, he changed before fights sometimes

Ericsson should've put on a helmet without a visor if this was an expected fight... but yeah, good fight :P

id agree w/ u cap, but considering the stance the nhl is taking on fighting, Id just assume keep the helmets on to avoid players from getting there heads cracked on the ice and giving the higherups anymore reason to eliminate fighting altogether. Visors on the other hand should go if you want fight, and in ericsson's case he doesnt where one anyway, like most of the fighters in the nhl/ahl. just a thought.
