Not sure by the remote directly but there are 4 aux options that can be used for 3rd party modules/switches/relays so sure something can be done to have it enable without cranking over.

Not sure but i am sure DEI lists the modules needed to get most of the functions out of the remote.

I want to know if there is the option of using it to turn your car power on only like to listen to the radio and not the engine? Than if you want to, turn the engine on later.

I only use two but its easily accessible. One is to pop open the drivers door and the other is for the passenger side (shaved doors)
