Shoulder Exercise: Rear Deltoid Rows.."Bowflex"

This exercise emphasizes the back portion of the shoulder muscles the rear deltoids, as well as the rear
portion of the middle deltoids, the posterior rotator cuff, upper lat and teres major as well as the trapezius and rhomboids.

  • That's Perfect Form. There are so many Bowflex Videos on here where people are throwing the resistance or cheating, (moving their whole body to finish the exercise). Nice to see. I have the exact same Bowflex Ultimate as you. Bought new in 2002. I use it still religiously, (5-6 times a week). An awesome Machine. How much resistance are you using there? Looks like about 80lbs on each side.
