Use Windows games, applications and software in Linux! With Wine, you can do that. It is easy to do and it takes no time at all. Wine can be downloaded from Ubuntu Softwarecenter. I'm installing Unreal Tournament in this video, to show you how it works.
Some people says, that Wine is the last thing Linux needs to be complete.

    When running windows games in wine, is there a noticeable speed decrease compared to running them in windows?

  • @aaronson2012 No, I don't think so. It went fine, with the few games, I installed.
