???? You seriously don't see how land is INSTRINSICALLY DIFFERENT?????
LoL :)
-
land is not a product of human labor
land is the only commodity that is not portable and which there is no replacement for
because land has these special qualities, special rules must apply to it

There is a quality of land that sets it apart from other goods and services. Land is NOT a product of labor and capital. The main assumption that Georgists work on is that returns to land should be communally distributed, because the value of land is created by nature, government, and communal action, UNLIKE the returns to labor and capital.
There is a possibility for ownership beyong land in situ. Consider than you own the value added to land by productive enterprise.
Use =/ ownership

"I'm not interested in land socialism. Go away"
.
Geoism is NOT socialism. It promoted a level playing field free-market. How? BY preventing speculation on LAND and its RESOURCES. Land ownerships stays the same. When Denmark introduced it land prices went up as not having income tax boosted the economy. People had more money to buy land and build on it. The house is NOT taxed, only the "value" of the LAND
.
Search on Fred Harrison and his superb videos. Hong Kong has LVT.

Busterbox has refuted your "views".

It must be stressed that Geonomics can:
- Slots into any political system
- Does not change ownership of land or any property
- Does not change business behavior
- Will benefit all, including the rich
- Is just and fair

Geolibertarianism is different to Geoism
LAND is apart from any other service or resource. It is not a washing machine
Land values result 100% from community activity. The value in the LAND is the community's and is reclaimed using Land Valuation Tax
What you earn is yours, so no income tax
The 1929 and 2008 crashes were fueled by LAND prices spiraling out of control. LVT makes a level free-market, free from speculators.
.
Geoism is NO speculation from land & resources - crops are OK

You are confused. In Geoism, land can be privately owned. The core of Geonomics is Land Valuation Tax and no income tax . Classical economics is: . LAND - he result is "economic rent" CAPITAL (man made things) - the result is profit and interest LABOR - the result is wages . neo-classical economic moved LAND into CAPITAL about 100 years ago . If there is a shortage of land, it cannot be made, unlike cars. It LAND prices are high more land cannot be made to drop the price, unlike with cars.

in that regards, you're the one in cognitive dissonance. recognizing the difference between labor and land under a natural rights context is not cognitive dissonance. your head is filled with hypocrits and egoists.
-
your problem is that you're confused by your own philosophical babble from extensive research into philosophy. you've missed the big picture. you're a product of the jargon of others rather than your own ability to reason upon reality in a modern context.
-
you still can own land and natural resources, you just have to pay rent for it to everyone, including yourself. yes, there is a disassociation between land and labor. your logic is retarded.
You didn't make natural resources of land, it's that simple.
*palmface* You must have missed the part of the video and the endless comment wars that covered this already. You didn't make ANYTHING. All resources come from the land. Nothing is "created" strictly speaking, it is only transformed. So this argument doesnt validate geoism.
One would think.
Locations are distinct from the land that they encompass. A lot in Manhattan isn't valuable because of the earth that exists within it, but due to the proximity to the advantages bestowed by society, and the amenities provided by government. You stand refuted. Time to stop typing and start thinking.
Stop trolling my video comment section. You have refuted nothing.
