My first testing of my home made high banker/Dredge. This is an amazing tool. Now I can dig in the high bank river gravels and instead of digging up a couple shovels of clay. With the Hydro Force, I can get to the clay and suck the gold up off it.
I was excited to see that when I checked the gravels that washed out of my sluice box, there were only a couple specs of Micron gold that washed down. 99% recovery. I don't know of anyone else's sluice box that can guarantee that. Come visit the Wild Ammonoosuc River.

I am a gold prospecting guide. Be it dredging, panning or high banking. I will put you on some gold guaranteed.

Check out my facebook page to see more pictures of the gold I have been finding. Yankee Gold Prospecting New England, on facebook.

If you decide to go gold prospecting and want to spend a great weekend on the river. Stop in to the Twin Rivers Campground, in Bath NH. They own the lower mile on the Wild Ammonoosuc. A great family & frinds get away.

See you on the river.

  • Jim, what's up? When ever you need an extra person let me know I'd love to go with you and help you out. I live in MA, 20 mins from NH. I have family that lives in NH.

  • @Brian01331 Thanks Brian. Perhaps if I can get to some of that Western Ma gold I will get a hold of you. Never have enough people to move rocks. =) I have seen some nice chunky gold come out of the Berkshire Mountains area.

  • Nice video. I'm a Hydro-Force dealer in Northern California.

  • @alizaderic Nice, Have you ever used one? It is an awesome tool. This video isn't that good, as it was my trial run & I didn't have much time left on my camera. I would have made more videos but in Vermont they do not allow you to use power equipment so I ended up panning much more than dredging. I was finding much chunkier gold in VT than by dredging in NH. Mostly flour gold there.

  • Check out the gold by going to my facebook page. Yankee Gold Prospecting New England. I upload pictures there.

Billy - couple little adjustments to make.

1). find better hose clamps. Look at the crash box as I go to turn off the motor. The hose fell off again!

2). have to alter the crash box so that no water spills out the front.

Also. It is a Honda 4 horse power motor. I don't know what the Yamaha came over me. =)

found about a gram of gold in a half of a day. New spot!

  • look's like a nice set up

  • This is the first time I see a dredge nozzle at work. It looks like some really hard work indeed. It would be nice to see the gold you found. Nice!
