    no its not it is using its on Solar Panels capturing energy from the sun to generate and supply electricity from a clean and sustainable energy. This makes the bridge self-sustainable. Also the design includes Plants that clean and purify the air.

    I think so the bridge does not snap. Many buildings are made to more with the wind slightly this bridge might be connected to two buildings that do such and to pervent it from snapping it moves too, although I have never seen one more so dramatically.
