Sexual harassment in the workplace is a sad reality for many women in modern Russia. But without established laws to protect female employees from unwanted attention, many victims suffer in silence. And with only two harassment cases won in the last twenty years, progress remains slow, as RT's Staci Bivens reports.

I'm a victim of male on male sexual harassment in Vermont. I used to work as a used car salesman. Other men there just took it as one month's pay was always held back. Not wanting to be groped and having to deal with the hostile work environment I was fired and f'd out of $4500 of pay.

There is a sad reality in the US, male on male sexual harassment. I was groped, and my boss kept saying, "I want to feel you in me" etc. Other car salesmen at Mark's Motors Inc in Brattleboro, Vermont, would just suffer in silence because of the stigma and a month's salary was withheld. My life was threatened and the boss, Mark Lanoue, hired killers out of NYC to silence me. I've been hiding out ever since, not returning home since being fired for exposing the abuse.
